For your comfort and enjoyment it is necessary to have a few rules:

• Pets are NOT allowed. We know this is an inconvenience for many guests, however this is a strict policy due to shared outdoor space.

• Cottages 1, 2 and 3 have a maximum guest limit of 4 including children.

• Cottages 4 has a maximum guest limit of 5 including children.

• Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for special requests. A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole property bookings and for some holidays and special events.

• In the unlikely event you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If reservations are cancelled with more than seven (7) days notice you will be given a full refund minus a $50 service charge.

• Check-in: between 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call ahead of time to make arrangements.

• Check-out: no later than 12:00 Noon.

• No additional/outside guests are allowed without prior consent. This policy helps ensure we are not overcrowded, which could affect the enjoyment of all our guests. If you have friends staying in the Park they are not allowed here to bathe, or otherwise enjoy our amenities. If we find this has occurred you will be charged an extra person fee to help pay our water/power bills.

• Absolutely No Smoking Inside. We have designated outdoor smoking areas. Please be courteous of your fellow guests. Also, please dispose of cigarette waste in the receptacles provided. If we find you have smoked inside the cottages a separate cleaning fee will be charged.

• We observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Please be courteous to your fellow guests by observing our quiet hours. If you are disturbing others you may be asked to leave with no refund.

• Please note that for the safety of our guests and property, video surveillance is in use in our courtyard and parking areas.

• Please note that while children are welcome, our cottages are not child proof. Also note that maximum guest policy includes children.

• If you use your outdoor grill, please empty the ashes into the receptacles provided.

• Fires must be attended by an adult over 21 at all times. Please comply with local burn bans.

• You will be charged for any items that are missing and/or damaged, or any damage to the Cottage.

• Please make sure all dishes and utensils are washed and clean prior to your departure. Also please clean up any messes you have made, inside and outside.

• Please place excess trash in the trash bin located in the parking area by the barn when you leave. Please bag all trash and do not place loose trash in the bin. Don’t forget to secure the bungie cord to keep the raccoons out! They make quite a mess.

• Please don’t make up the beds prior to departure.

• If you need anything for your cottage, please don’t hesitate to ask! We’re here to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.
