📜 House Rules & Policies

We know it’s a lot, but this helps keep Secret Garden Cottages peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.

 

🚫 No Pets Allowed
Due to our shared outdoor space, this is a strict policy.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette waste properly. A cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs inside.

👥 Guest Limits
Cottages 1–3: Max 4 guests | Cottage 4: Max 5 guests | Cottage 5: Max 6 guests
Limits include children. No unregistered/outside guests without prior approval. Friends staying in the park may not use our amenities.

🕓 Check-In & Out
Check-in: 4:00–8:00 PM
Check-out: by 12:00 Noon

​

🔕 Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be courteous of your fellow guests.

​

📹 Security
Video surveillance is in use in courtyard and parking areas.

​

👶 Kids Welcome (But… Not Childproof)
Please supervise little ones—our cottages are not baby-proofed.

🔥 Fires & Grills

• Fires must be attended by an adult 21+

• Respect local burn bans

• Empty grill ashes into the provided receptacles

​

🧼 Before You Go

• Wash dishes and clean up any messes

• Place bagged trash in the bin by the barn (don’t forget the bungee cord—raccoons!)

• Don’t make up the beds

​

💳 Damage & Missing Items
You’ll be charged for damage or missing items.

📢 Cancellation Policy

• 30-day notice required for whole property bookings, holidays, or special events

• Cancellations under 7 days: Full charge

• More than 7 days: Full refund minus $50 service fee
