We know it’s a lot, but this helps keep Secret Garden Cottages peaceful and enjoyable for everyone.
š« No Pets Allowed
Due to our shared outdoor space, this is a strict policy.

š No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette waste properly. A cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs inside.

š„ Guest Limits
Cottages 1–3: Max 4 guests | Cottage 4: Max 5 guests | Cottage 5: Max 6 guests
Limits include children. No unregistered/outside guests without prior approval. Friends staying in the park may not use our amenities.

š Check-In & Out
Check-in: 4:00–8:00 PM
Check-out: by 12:00 Noon

š Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be courteous of your fellow guests.

š¹ Security
Video surveillance is in use in courtyard and parking areas.
ā
š¶ Kids Welcome (But… Not Childproof)
Please supervise little ones—our cottages are not baby-proofed.

š„ Fires & Grills

Fires must be attended by an adult 21+

Respect local burn bans

Empty grill ashes into the provided receptacles

Wash dishes and clean up any messes

Place bagged trash in the bin by the barn (don’t forget the bungee cord—raccoons!)

Don’t make up the beds

You’ll be charged for damage or missing items.

30-day notice required for whole property bookings, holidays, or special events

Cancellations under 7 days: Full charge

More than 7 days: Full refund minus $50 service fee
