For your comfort and enjoyment of the Secret Garden Cottages it is necessary to have just a few rules.
Cancellations are sometimes necessary due to unforseeable circumstances. However in our particular lodging experience, reservations are made well in advance of the anticipated arrival date. Therefore deposits are required at the time of booking in order to hold your reservation. A minimum of one nights stay is required as a deposit, and is non refundable. The remainder of your reservation will be charged at 7 days prior to arrival and at that point is non refundable.
Our Cottages have a maximum occupancy for each cottage to ensure the comfort of all of our guests. We do not exceed our maximum occupancy regardless of age of occupants. Sorry.
OUR GROUNDS ARE FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF OUR REGISTERED GUEST. WE HOLD A MAIXIMUM OF 24, IF ALL OF OUR GUEST HAD VISITORS THAT WOULD BE OVER CROWDED AND NOT ENJOYABLE TO ANYONE. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM HAVING VISITORS. YOU CAN RENT THE WHOLE FACILITY FOR $500.00 PER NIGHT AND YOUR GUEST CAN STAY WITH YOU, TOTAL OF 24 PEOPLE THOUGH, YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS APPRECIATED. YOU ARE RESPONSABLE FOR YOUR GUEST. Secret Garden Cottages and its owners are not responsilbe for lost, left , or stolen items. Please check your cottages prior to departure.
We are a no pet facility. "No exceptions."
This should go without saying, but we do not tolerate illegal activity at all. If this behavior is observed, you will be required to leave and you guessed it, no refund.
All cottages are smoke free, however smoking is permitted on the grounds.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Secret Garden Cottages reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Now with that out of the way, we do want everyone to have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is required you know.
Check in is after 3:00 pm and check out is prior to Noon. No early check ins or late departures.
